Many campers bring their own lunch to The Nature Place, but we also offer a hot lunch option, a la Chef Anthony. Anthony LoPinto, (a camp parent) is the chef for The Threefold Cafe here on our campus (in the same building as our winter office). The meals offered in our hot lunch program are simple and delicious, cooked just before being served, mostly organic and prepared using many ingredients right from our own gardens. Chef Anthony’s lunches consist of whole grains, low sugar, fruits and vegetables, organic meats (we always have a vegetarian option!) and a knowledge of what kids will eat and enjoy.
