Many campers bring their own lunch to The Nature Place, but we are also happy to provide an opportunity for parents to purchase a hot lunch option via the Threefold Cafe and Chef Anthony. Anthony LoPinto, (a camp parent) is the chef for the Threefold Cafe here on our campus (in the same building as our winter office). The meals offered in Threefold’s hot lunch program are simple and delicious, cooked just before being served, and contain no artificial ingredients. Chef Anthony’s lunches consist of whole grains, low sugar, fruits and vegetables, organic meats (there is always a vegetarian option!) and a knowledge of what kids will eat and enjoy.
