Our May and June letters are sent out leading up to the Summer camp season. These letters provide general information and specific details to parents regarding the logistical details of camp. Enrolled camp families will be sent our May and June Letters via email, and will be able to find them posted in this section of our website as well.

Dates and times; Bus safety rules; Information on snacks and lunch; Suggested clothing for camp; Weekly themes; “Permission to Dismiss Camper” form; Safety information concerning rabies, ticks and mosquitoes.

Our annual “June Letter” contains the following information:
Day Trip destinations and dates for each group; Camping Trip destinations and dates for each group; “Bring In” days; Special Events descriptions and dates; Evening Program descriptions and dates; Traffic procedure information; repellent use; behavior guideline; medical needs. Events and trips listed are for currently enrolled campers.
